Congratulations Dario on winning the 2007 IndyCar Series Championship. When it's meant to be it's meant to be.
My heart goes out to Scott Dixon who definitely had the best car in today's race. There can not be anything more heartbreaking for a driver than to run out of gas on the last turn of the last lap.
And of course, Ashley was as beautiful as ever.
A big thumbs down to ABC Sports' post race coverage. I know that Dario's car had to be towed in to the winner's circle but did you have to show what seemed like a dozen commercials in 5 minutes to fill time. There were so many people that you could have interviewed like Michael Andretti, Tony Kanaan, Danica Patrick, somebody. Was your entire coverage team over in
Scott Dixon's pit. It sure looked that way.
