What do Michael Jackson and Vice President Dick Cheney have in common?
Well in case you missed it, last Thursday Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin (D-Mich.) said that Vice President Dick Cheney was "off the wall" and "not vice-presidential" during his CNN interview discussing the troop escalation in Iraq.
Quite frankly, "off the wall" is a kind way of phrasing it
