Author Asks Us To Accept Responsibility for Halting Climate Change

Activist and author George Monbiot spoke to an Oxford audience Thursday about our unique responsibility to halt runaway climate change. He detailed how the UK could achieve a 90 percent cut in CO2 emissions by 2030--if the public can trigger enough political will.
