By now you've probably heard about the Washington Times report that quotes former Senator Phil Gramm as saying that "this is a mental recession" and "we have sort of a nation of whiners". Well here are a few responses to former Senator Gramm's own form of mental disorder -- DENIAL.

However, the best responses of the day came from Senators Barbara Boxer (D-CA) and Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) as they discussed Phil Gramm's comments on the Senate floor.
